True Crime Historian Richard O Jones tells the story of Raymond "Crane Neck" Nugent, the local gangster who got off on a murder rap in Hamilton at age 25 and for the next five years became one of the Midwest's most prolific hit men with at least 15 murders of fellow gangsters to his credit. He has been named one of the triggers at the infamous St. Valentine's Day Massacre as a member of Fred "Killer" Burke's gang.
